This 6-month transformative online programme is designed for individuals who want to stop binge eating and find true freedom with food. At Tania Danielle, we have lived and professional experience, we’ll guide you step-by-step on your journey to break free from disordered eating and regain control over your life.
Programme Overview
Phase 1: Understanding Your Disordered Eating (Weeks 1-4)
We begin by exploring the roots of your binge eating patterns. You’ll learn to identify triggers, emotional drivers, and underlying beliefs that keep the cycle going. This phase builds self-awareness, helping you understand why binge eating happens and how it impacts your life.
Phase 2: Emotional Regulation and Self-Compassion (Weeks 5-8)
Many people use food to cope with emotions. This phase focuses on building new ways to manage your emotions without turning to food. You’ll learn strategies for emotional regulation and develop self-compassion tools to replace the self-criticism that often fuels binge eating.
Phase 3: Reconnecting with Your Body (Weeks 9-12)
In this phase, you’ll learn to reconnect with your body’s natural signals of hunger, fullness, and satisfaction. We’ll work to break free from the “all-or-nothing” mindset and practice finding balance without restriction.
Phase 4: Addressing Deeper Psychological Roots (Weeks 13-16)
For many, binge eating stems from deeper psychological patterns, such as perfectionism, low self-worth, or past trauma. In this phase, we can address these underlying issues through various therapeutic approaches such as Somatic Therapy, CBTe (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for eating disorders) and more.
Phase 5: Creating a Sustainable Relationship with Food (Weeks 17-20)
As you gain freedom from the binge eating cycle, the focus shifts towards maintaining a balanced, sustainable relationship with food. Together, we’ll create a long-term plan for nourishing yourself without guilt, shame, or fear of slipping back into old habits.
Phase 6: Building Confidence and Sustaining Freedom (Weeks 21-24)
The final phase is all about empowering you to sustain the progress you’ve made. You’ll leave the program with the tools, mindset, and confidence to live free from disordered eating. We’ll address any lingering challenges and solidify your newfound freedom.
