Lived Experience

Welcome to our online clinic, where we specialise in counselling and psychotherapy for individuals struggling with disordered eating, such as binge eating and bulimia. Here at Tania Danielle, we understand firsthand the complexities of eating disorders because we have both personal and professional experience.

Through my own journey with an eating disorder and the path to recovery profoundly shaped who I am today, both personally and professionally. After overcoming my challenges, I was inspired to train as a therapist, dedicating my career to helping others find their way to healing.

Private Programme

In our Private Coaching Programme, you will be working one-on-one with a therapist who understands disordered eating. You’ll get weekly sessions alongside getting tools and techniques for you to practise at home. You will also be able to message in between sessions. Together, we’ll start the steps towards finding real recovery and help you finally find peace with your body and food.
