Hi, I’m Tania Danielle

Here at Tania Danielle we specialise in helping individuals who struggle with disordered eating such as binge eating and bulimia. Many attempt to solve these problems with diets but often end up feeling much worse and find themselves stuck in a vicious binge starve cycle. We’re here to help you break free from these cycles and change your life.

Our goal is to help you find peace with your body and food, and help you move towards long-lasting recovery through various therapies and interventions, helping you to heal from the inside out. Strategies that help you understand yourself and connect more with your body.

Together, we will work towards not just coping but thriving. Imagine a life where you feel completely free around food (and I mean all foods) and you finally feel at peace with yourself and your body.

Our therapy approach is integrative which means we have many different modalities under our tool belt. We do not believe one size fits all. We work with the modality that is best suited for you and your recovery.
